Listening to you
Blabber on and on about you two
You said you couldnt live without her
You said she was your life
I was just the 'best friend' in your strife

Tryin to help you through
What seemed like everyday mishaps to you

And you sat there regretting it,by MY side

Your relationship.Its lasting was a doubt.

Tears welling up in your eyes
I couldnt help but feel like a lover in disguise

Waiting for you to see
That you and she,were never meant to be
Your love was a farce
Deep down you knew it too
Between all those lies,only our friendship was true

And couldnt take them away
Countless emotions spread through us that day

THE Night

The day of doom rumbled by
Adorned by the light show of the sky
As the clouds bellowed,sending darkness astray
Pledging,they got down to pray

As heaven cried,that wet night
With the occassional stroke of light
They all remember to this day
The silence behind that lightening ray

A spark that lit that deserted road
Sent the devil earth abode
A hellish display,Satan arrived
The evil wont end,I will never subside.
